Ingredients of Mughlai Paratha:
1. Maida / Flour (2 cups).
2. Chopped onion.
3. Chopped tomato.
4. Chopped capsicum.
5. Chopped green chilli.
6. Chopped ginger garlic.
7. Egg (2 pc).
8. Bread crumps (4 tsp).
9. Black pepper powder.
10. Chopped coriander leaves.
11. Salt (as per your taste).
12. Sugar (as per your taste).
13. Refined oil.
How to make Moglai porota:
1. Take 200 gm flour in a mixing bowl.
2. Add ¼ tsp salt, 1 tbsp sugar and 2 tbsp refined oil. Mix it very well.
3. Add water and make soft dough. Cover it and keep for 30 min.
4. After 30 min take an egg in a bowl. Add chopped onion, chopped tomato, chopped capsicum, chopped green chilli, chopped coriander leaves, chopped ginger garlic, salt, black pepper powder, and 1 tsp bread crumps. Mix it very well.
5. Now divide the dough in to 2 portion.
6. Roll out the dough in a big paratha size.
7. Put the batter in middle. Cover four sides.
8. Heat the oil in pan and deep fry the moglai porota.
9. Serve hot Mughlai Paratha with potato curry.
