Thank you for these games:) This is my breakdown of the games in English. Game 1: I've only watched the first game, but I want to say Jyj's game was beautiful to watch. A masterclass in terran play. Very very safe, but with perfect precision. (detailed spoilers ahead if you click read more) Game 2: Jyj is doing something very special with his vultures. He doesn't just trade them for probes, often he trades them for weak goons. Much like a zerg trading against MnM armies. This is incredible. It's not very common to see engagements like this. Jyj is looking so incredibly impressive TvP. At the time of writing this I haven't seen the end of the game. He just looks so strong. He is certainly not guaranteed to win but he has put himself in a fantastic position compared to most TvP late game. Most Protoss would've had their 4th and 5th much much faster. And Best has amazing macro. *Sigh* All the hard work Jyj put into the game was lost at 45:50 . If he had only had his tanks spread properly, and most importantly his vultures in position to guard the tanks the game would've been very different. He had a full group of vultures south of the engagement that didn't do anything until way too late:( From this position it seems almost impossible for Jyj to hold a new base. There is full production from 2 points, the main starting base and 12 oclock. It's not really possible from here to stop both points from counter attacking new expansions effectively. He has to sit back and absorb the punishment. Game 3: (This is in real time seeing the game) At first I felt given the scouting information, Jyj was playing way too safe. Why are you making 3 marines vs 1 gate goon? But then DAMN fake expansion into 2 fact! Wow. That is an extremely rare build...because it rarely works. Jyj did an excellent job of zoning out vision of the expansion (that wasn't there). However, although I'm not a pro gamer of course, I feel like JyJ mathematically moved out too early with his 2 tank push. The expansion had not even finished yet when he moved out. He could've gained much more value by waiting for the 3rd tank. However maybe he was worried about a reaver timing or a delayed dt tech (such as a 2 base dt drop). This is maybe why he went earlier. What we saw though was him instantly cancel the nexus, and we saw no reaver or dt tech at all. Had he waited for the third tank I think he wins easily because he will either easily kill the nexus with no fight, or he will force a very bad fight from the protoss(at this point I haven't seen the result of the push out). Now I've seen the result of his push out and it makes me extra sure my choice was correct. Had he waited for the third tank he would've secured the position more solidly and the nexus would've died instead of being canceled. This would've delayed the expansion for protoss by quite a bit. Allowing the terran to gain an even greater macro advantage. As the game played out though Best played absolutely perfectly. Getting shuttle speed, harassing very effectively with his solo reaver, and then taking a semi secret base in the far top left because he knew that Jyjs vulture map presence would be lacking and it would be unlikely he'd scout it quickly. From there Jyj just had no idea how strong Best was but he knew his chances of winning a long game were very slim. So he chose to fully commit to a timing attack, finding out quickly he was far far behind:)
