In this video, I discuss the pathophysiology of multiple sclerosis and present evidence-based recomendations for prescribing exercise in this population.
The video is especially relevant to physiotherapists, exercise rehabilitation practitioners as well as neurologists wanting to learn more about the importance of exercise in this population.
