Hi Troy, Just catching up on your videos. We are about in the same place so it's interesting to listen to you discuss your daily life. It's practically mine. Dr. Walhs diet is dead on! Feeding your brain through your gut is exactly what MSers need to do. (her book Minding your Mitochondria nicely explains the science of it) It's how I try to live with the occasional carb/sugar explosion in which I always regret because of how it later makes me feel. Wishing you the best, while awaiting the right trial! Nishma

Hey thank you! It’s awesome we’re in a similar situation. (Even if it’s not where we’d like to be right now) Haha exactly! I’m pretty careful about what I eat most of the time too but occasionally give in to haagen dazs, chocolate peanut butter haha. But thanks! Wishing you the best as well. It will come! 🙏🏻

Aiden Beattie I had a “professional” come and gorilla tape where the hoses click into the adapter in the window but when I woke up just after five I noticed the hose detached at a different seam :/ lol I just shifted the machine, put the hose in position and it seems okay since this morning

Saying you don’t have anyone to talk to makes me sad 😞 Lol I live alone and I talk out loud to myself a lot when I’m home ( haha or to my cat). I noticed it recently. Maybe I just think out loud to myself a lot but nevertheless, talk to yourself... it’s not crazy. On the contrary it’s therapeutic as hell 😋❤️

Thanks, Sabrina. I appreciate that. Haha. “thinking out loud” that’s funny and awesome lol. Props to you! I used to talk to my cat too but she passsed away last winter and I feel really weird speaking when nobody’s around😅 maybe I’ll work on it. 👊🏻

Troy Pettit Aww, sorry about your cat :( That really sucks. It isn’t strange for me. I guess because my cat is sort of “chatty” and knows when I’m acknowledging him and usually meows. Lol also because it’s typically only us at home, he assumes whenever I speak like at all that I’m automatically speaking to him and he usually walks over... then I tell him I wasn’t talking to him... then I realize I’m not actually talking to anyone and I feel like a dumbass lol Quite the dynamic, get another cat. Makes being a weirdo at home a lot more entertaining 🙃

Ooh I take that back, you should get something way cooler than a cat!! You should get like a hedgehog or maybe a ferret, less judgey but still cute 🥰 Anywho, I’m totally here for your 2020 fur-baby adventures 😁

So how are you doing now? I can’t walk anymore.... thinking about doing a 36-40 day water only fast.

Ahh. Sorry to hear that. Are you able to walk with a cane or walker? Maybe you’ll walk again at some point. Anything is possible. Ahh whatt is that.? Lol. Sometimes I’ll fast for a day, depending on the days leading up to it.

Troy Pettit no not far really... right leg total leg drop and left starting to give out as well. Might need to get a cool scooter that doesn’t scream disability haha. Water fasting is only water and allowing the body to heal itself. Let me know if you found anything that helps you

Ahh that kinda sounds like me. I can’t walk far or fast even while holding something. Haha I suggest the zoomer if you’re able to get it! Do you use a walker at the moment? Right! But how long would you do a fast for? I’ll do 48 hours once in a while and I feel great. Very alert. And I’m not the best at managing these but I feel better when I stretch, exercise and sleep before midnight consistently.

Troy Pettit I have a walker but it’s still difficult and I get frustrated cause it massive and hard to put in the car and legs give out... when I use it, it makes my blood boil and ruins my day😂 I’ll check out a zoomer, thanks! I want to attempt 36-40 days only water kzitem.info/news/bejne/1rCN352Pjqded6A
