all purpose flour 110g 2/3 cup + 1 tablespoon

Mung bean fillings
mung beans without skin 227g (1 package)
shallots 90g 3 medium size
sugar 50g 1/4 cup
salt 4g 1/2 teaspoon
white pepper powder 0.5g 1/8 teaspoon
preheat oven
375 °F/190 °C bake for 5 minutes first,then reduce the temperature to 325 °F/165 °C bake for 15 minutes
