I like the Rebbe's shtreimel. Nicer and not as gaudy or expensive as the shtreimels that they sell today for thousands of dollars.

If you can wear a nice shtriemal for Shabbos it’s a mitzvah to buy the most expensive if you can afford it but it’s a mitzvah to buy the most nicest thing you have not the garbage ones lol

He should have told the yidden to leave Europe or arm themselves. 1933 This is what he should have said.

As a bearer of real Judaism, naturally he talked about a mitzvah that the Torah warns harshly if the jewish people does not keep it. Everything else are for those that believe in a transvestite of judaism.

Hi, of course it's not sin, NOT to call the ambulance when one is needed IS A SIN! why would you think otherwise? He is talking about uncessary usage of cars, because you are lazy to walk for several minutes to shul. That is not allowed. Pikuach nefesh (Hebrew: פקוח נפש 'watching over a soul') is the principle in Jewish law that the preservation of human life overrides virtually any other religious rule. When the life of a specific person is in danger, almost any negative commandment of the Torah becomes inapplicable en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pikuach_nefesh

@@zeevbreiner1021 Shalom, because many refuse to do anything on Shabbat. I also love the Shabbat because its the day of rest. The day we worship our Lord. But God wants our heart not our works. I Glorify the Shabbat maker but not the Shabbat. We need to Glorify the Shabbat maker but not the Shabbat. The fact we are talking about it, is really from God. Hosea 6:6 For I desire stead fast love and not sacrifice, the knowledge of God rather than burn offerings. 1.Samuel 16:7 But the Lord said to Samuel, " Do not look on his appearance or on the height of his statue, because I have rejected him.For the Lord sees not as man sees: man looks on the outward appearance, but the Lord looks on the heart". Psalm 51:10 O God, create in me a clean heart and renew a right spirit within me. Here we read in the Tanakh that God wants our heart! God loves us so much that of course if God is shining through us,we have good fruit and many good things but there is nothing we can do to meet Gods standards. That is why he provided the way not with works and man make rules but with his written word and in the written word we see that the only way is to the Messiah! Pray and seek the Lord in revelation to meet the Messiah and you will find him.

If one is not deathly ill, we will not desecrate the Sabbath as god intended. The rationale you bring is of Christian origin.

@@kanstanzinikoloenko3633 You don't care one bit what the Bible say and about Judaism, if you cared you would know (as you probably know yet is saying that willingly) that to keep Shabbos is a direct commandment from God and to desecrate Shabbos in order to save a life is not a sin. It definitely is a great sin to corrupt the Bible.

I'm not sure how old he was in 1933, but he could've theoretically been old enough to be alive when slavery was still legal in the United States.

@@victorblock3421 No, I'm just illustrating the scale of history. We're watching a video of a man who was born shortly after slavery was ended.
