The defence lawyer for the murder-accused, Agnes Setshwantsho, has argued in the Molopo Magistrate's Court in Mahikeng, that there's not sufficient evidence to deny his client bail.
The lawyer says the investigating officer, Keshi Mabunda, had also failed to prove that his client is a flight risk. And rejects the argument that Setshwantsho may interfere with the exhumation of her late husband and children's bodies.
He says the state has the right to exhume their bodies, even if Setshwantso could interfere. Setshwantsho faces a murder charge, two counts of fraud and a charge of defeating the ends of justice.
