I can’t tell you enough how refreshing it is to watch Stephanie and yourself. Whenever I see any beautiful homes in derelict, I can only imagine how demoralizing it would of been for the people who built these incredible buildings to see into the future at their current state. Thank you thank you THANK YOU 🙏🏻

If you'd rather not support vloggers simply by letting an ad or two play out, either subscribe to YT premium or don't watch at all. Michael is not vlogging just for fun. Vlogging is a sh*t ton of work. Those who do really well at it make it their full time job. At least five to 10 hours goes into editing a single 10 minutes video. Then one must constantly babysit the laptop during the upload to YT, an hour or more: in order to ensure there are no issues. If one doesn't spot the issue, you won't see that the upload failed for an hour or two later after the video finally completes the upload. Only it didn't actually upload. Yep.... it is that much work. Sure some vloggers are so good they barely edit at all. Other's, Michael included, add in other clips, pics, and music to give us the very best experience. Knowing Michael, a perfectionist in every way, I'm certain he spends a full day just on editing alone. Mate works ridiculously hard on everything he does down to the finest detail. He is your typical overachiever everyone loves but hates because he makes the rest of us feel like lazy bums. Cheers!

@@mbkfx It's probably a "stop" sign that's put at the end of a track (dead end). I found the Austrian/German version of one of those in our firewood shed for some weird reason. It's so rusty you can barely recognise it but in the right light you can spot the red rectangle with a white border.

Michael, even though I am much older than you, I too would definitely grab those drapes and use them as a regal cape. You never too old for dress up! Your job on the stairway was fantastic and i cannot believe you had no pads to protect your knees doing that work. I just LOVED your murder mystery. I think there needs to be a part 2 of the "who dun it". I think the dog is holding back and not telling you the whole scheme. You might need to find some measures to make him talk. ha ha ha. I am terrified of heights so going up on the cherry picker would have my heart in my stomach. The drone footage is excellent. The fun you and Stephanie get up to is so great. You absolutely have got this and we are all so lucky to have your creative juices flowing. Much better than any tv show!

Lovely episode! The stairs look gorgeous! If you have one, please consider wearing a respirator or researching other protection (such as a Hoover attachment for your sander) to cover your airways while sanding. I understand that respirators are currently in short supply and should be reserved for essential personnel (at least in the U.S. as of April 2020), but if you already have something around the chateau I would highly recommend using it. Wood dust can be at the least midly irritating and at the worst, lead to very serious respiratory issues over time. Just some advice from a woodworker 😊 Thanks for another fun episode!
