TITLE UPDATE: I’m sorry if the original title I had for the video, Murder of Selena (Murder Made Me Famous), offended anyone. I think it’s pertinent for me to say that the original title of the video was not meant to offend anyone. The title for “Murder Made Me Famous” came from the name of the show for which this reenactment of Selena’s murder is from. I do apologize if I offended any one with that original title, and I hope you noticed that I have changed it. I’m a fan of Selena myself so the last thing I would want to do is disrespect her. And the reason why I uploaded this video was to make sure everyone is reminded of Yolanda’s unequivocal guilt in Selena’s death which was premeditated, calculated, and intentional. We need to be reminded of this because Yolanda will become eligible for parole in 2025, and we can’t let her get out of prison. This reenactment with the testimony of those who prosecuted Yolanda show that she is 100% guilty of first degree murder, and therefore should not be released from prison AT ALL! KEEP YOLANDA SALDIVAR BEHIND BARS!

The actress begging "please, please help me" got me. I'm now the age that Selena was when she was murdered (an insane thought- I bought myself several bustiers as a birthday gift because I always loved her aesthetic). Having been through several medical episodes that I thought were life-threatening emergencies at the time (hypotension/syncope), I recognized that desperate, weak "please help me". A terrified woman, barely more than a girl, desperate to survive... but she was tragically beyond saving. May she rest in eternal peace.

Her dad said that she was "too trusting". I saw that, and she should've never gone on her own to see Saldivar because Yolanda lies through her teeth. She should've known since her father and sister found out about her "embezzlement" problems. I would've changed my home number when Yolanda wouldn't stop calling along with making sure her second boutique was never watched over by Yolanda. Her family's there to help her. That's what happens when you think that you were not only being "too trusting", but also simultaneously think that you can be humble by being nice. To protect yourself, you have to set a boundary somewhere.

I do also want to add, I don't believe Yolanda "loved" Selena. I don't. I think even that was a manipulation. She was obsessed with Selena alright, she was obsessed with the idea of destroying Selena. Think about it, Yolanda despised Selena for winning the Tejano Music Awards over Shelly Lares every year. In fact in a magazine article I read years ago, I can't even remember which it was it was that long ago, a friend recalls that Yolanda had called Selena a "bitch" after she won again over Shelly Lares. Yolanda's first goal was to create a fanclub for Shelly Lares, Shelly's father said "no" because he wanted family only. She had reached out to Abraham only because someone suggested it. I think this monster wanted to destroy Selena from the inside out, quiet manipulation. Gain the trust. Gain their favor. What did she get out of it? She got a good job and the family's trust to the point for a while Suzette and Selena would go to Yolanda's defense. She had security with the family. Then, money is going missing from the fans, did the fans complain about Yolanda? No, the fans complained about Abraham and Selena. What would be more damaging to a singer than their fans being upset for not getting things they are promised? Her staff grew resentful because Selena would defend Yolanda over her lies. Tax records and money missing, yea just more of her way of getting what she wants. If she's working for Selena, in her head, Selena OWED HER. She stole tax records because what would that do to a business if tax records can't be turned into the IRS? Audits and thousands of dollars possibly to pay in taxes at that point. As well as damaging the reputation of the boutiques. Makeup and perfume samples would go missing, why? So Selena would have to ask the companies for more and the companies would see Selena as unreliable because she can't even hold onto makeup and perfume samples. Samples that are costing this company money to make. Yolanda was slowly working her way up to ruin Selena's reputation so people would stop loving her. She tried to isolate Selena from her family, it didn't work but she tried. Why would she work so hard to get Selena alone and make her feel isolated? She didn't want Selena for herself. She wanted to isolate Selena and go for the literal kill. The problem is she wasn't expecting for Abraham to step in like he did and start asking questions. She didn't expect Selena to find find out her lies as quickly as she had, that's what got Selena killed. An obsessed person would still talk endearingly about the person they were obsessed with. Yolanda HAS NOT. Let's also keep in mind that Yolanda has showed ZERO remorse for what she has done. ZERO. She still sits in her cell and creating lies to do what? Damage Selena's reputation. Yolanda never loved Selena. She loved the idea of destroying Selena. She still loves the idea. That's why she still does it.

Talking about Abraham's pain of losing a child. There was a moment, I think during an unveiling of Selena's statue where Abraham was a guest. He cried saying "Why didn't she take me? Why did she take my baby?" When asked at an interview not long after her murder the interviewer asked if he was able to speak to Selena before she died. He broke down crying as he told the reporter "By the time I got there, she was gone." No parent should ever have to bury a child. I fully believe That Monster was punishing Abraham for doing what any father did, protect his daughter. If Selena actually did say "My father was right", not only was the ring a symbolism of their irreparable "friendship" but it was also the symbol that she had lost control. That Monster used to be able to control Selena with the lies. Then when Selena finally saw through her lies, her game was over. So she truly wanted to punish Abraham, because in her twisted mind "Abraham turned her against me! No one will ever take Selena away from me!".

@@laraabiona903 That is the truth. There were at least two or three other times that she had that gun and was going to kill her. One of the times I know of from Chris’s book was that she calmed yo-yo down by saying you can run the boutique in New Mexico just to keep her on their side because they needed those documents. When she told her that her demeanor changed and she decided not to shoot her. Also in Chris’s book he says that she had showed the gun to Selena so she knew she had a gun but she probably never thought in her wildest dreams that she would use it on her.

It’s ya girl jay jay Nichole If you just google the crime scene photos. Selena never was near the pool. The pool was gated. She dropped her personal belongings on the grass in front of Yolanda’s motel room as she was running. Selena ran towards the back parking lot and headed towards the back alley way for the motel lobby. She never once stopped or fell down like in some specials depict the murder.. She didn’t collapse either. She went to the front desk and the employees laid her down behind the desk to hide her from who ever was after her. There she bled out even faster onto the motel floor. Almost all of the bleeding was internally. She barley bled out! It was literally just small specs of blood she left behind

Regarding the fact that Jennifer Lopez was supposed to play the main role in the series about Selena: By 2020, 51-year-old Jennifer Lopez was a little old for the role of a young girl who died at the age of 23. Therefore, Cristina Serratos, not J.Lo. By the way, I think that in the film, with the choice of an actress for the main negative role, they missed. No matter how good an actress Lupe Ontiveros is, but a 55-year-old woman playing the role of a 38-year-old... No, it's very unlikely. Age is impossible to hide with any makeup.
