@Yazerhoun

Steven Cleere Iron Maiden does. Sum 41 does. Devin Townsend. King Diamond. Actually many bands are as good as them (or maybe better) live. They are outstanding, though ^^

For the past 2 decades, Muse is in the Top 3 of the greatest live band, if not the best. Sum41 doesn't compare to them, Muse has more style, diversity, different genre & sound & more skillful.

I agree, people can say what they want about The 2nd Law and Simulation Theory. If they are performing near your area, being an old Muse fan is reason enough to still catch their shows. They still play New Born, and play it better like you said, they still play Time is Running Out, they still play Hysteria, they still play Knights of Cydonia, and play all of them even better. Except maybe Time is Running Out, they still play it great, but it sounds like a song that tires Matt out with the vocals now. As for me personally, there's no reason not to miss their show this tour. I really like their newer stuff too. My top 3 albums are 1. Origin of Symmetry 2. Black Holes & Revelations 3. The 2nd Law Simulation Theory is much better than Drones honestly. Drones had great songs like Reapers and The Globalist, but it felt like they rehashed a lot of older songs, when one of my favorite things about Muse is not knowing what to expect when new song comes out. Simulation Theory had me guessing every time a new single came out, and the deluxe tracks like The Dark Side sound like something Pink Floyd would compose. So yeah I'm excited for this tour.

Is Matt back to controlling some of his guitar effects on stage? Because, if I'm not mistaken on the previous tour most (if not all of pedal switches) were done remotely by his tech or someone. Maybe it's a part of returning to the whole rock trio thing:) Anyhow - this versions is rad.

AllIN All his controls are in sync to another pedal board controlled by his guitar tech so he decides if he's doing the changes himself like in this song. Reapers is totally controlled by the tech as it is a more difficult song to play, sing and also changing guitar effects
