Hundreds of people gathered at Kololo Independence Grounds for a funeral service for the late Gen. Aronda Nyakairima, who was the Minister for Internal Affairs. Nyakairima died on Saturday, of acute heart failure. He was traveling from South Korea where he had been on official duty for a number of days. Speaking at the service, President Yoweri Museveni said it was a shame that South Korea had reportedly declined to give Nyakairima medical treatment because he did not have health insurance.
