𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐑𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒:
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐫𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐡𝐲 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐚 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢:
Chickpeas (छोले) - 1 Bowl
Water (पानी) - Some
Salt (नमक)
Corn Flour (आरारोट) - 3-4 Tbsp
Spring Onion (हरा प्याज़)
Capsicum (शिमला मिर्च) - Some
Onion (प्याज) - Some
Garlic (लहसुन)
Ginger (अदरक)
Green Chili (हरी मिर्च)
Oil (तेल) - For frying
Salt (नमक)
Black Pepper Powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर)
Sugar (चीनी)
Chilli Sauce (चिली सॉस) - 2 Tbsp
Soya Sauce (सोया सॉस) - 1/2 Tbsp
Tomato Sauce (टमाटर सॉस) - 2 Tbsp
Kashmiri Red Chili Powder (कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1Tbsp
Vinegar (सिरका) - 1 Tbsp
Water (पानी) - 2 Tbsp
Coriander leaves (धनिए के पत्ते)
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐃𝐫𝐲 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦:
Mushroom (मशरूम) - Some
Chilli Flex (चिली फ्लेक्स)
Salt (नमक)
Black Pepper Powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर)
Corn Flour (आरारोट) - 2-3 Tbsp
Kashmiri Red Chili Powder (कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
Water (पानी) - 1 Tbsp
Oil (तेल) - 1 Tbsp
Oil (तेल) - For frying
Garlic (लहसुन)
Ginger (अदरक)
Green Chili (हरी मिर्च)
Capsicum (शिमला मिर्च) - Some
Onion (प्याज) - Some
Spring Onion (हरा प्याज़)
Chilli Sauce (चिली सॉस) - 2 tbsp
Soya Sauce (सोया सॉस) - 1/2 tbsp
Tomato Sauce (टमाटर सॉस) - 2 tbsp
Vinegar (सिरका)
Coriander leaves (धनिए के पत्ते)
𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐚 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢 𝐃𝐫𝐲, soak some Chickpeas/Chana overnight. Transfer them to the pressure cooker, put some Salt in it, boil them by giving 1 whistle, and then turn off the flame. Drain out the water separately and put Chana into a bowl. Then put some Corn Flour in it, mix, and coat the Chana well. Deep fry the coated chana in hot Oil for 5-6 minutes until then turns crispy. Keep the pan for heating, put Oil, finely chopped Garlic, Ginger, Green Chilies, Capsicum, Onion, Salt, Black Pepper Powder, Sugar, Soya Sauce, Chili Sauce, Tomato Ketchup, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, Vinegar, some Corn Flour slurry and fried Chana. Saute on high flame till the sauce thickens and turns translucent. Garnish with Spring Onions, and mix well. Finally, serve, Chana Chilli Dry with fried Rice & enjoy!
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦, clean & wash Mushrooms and transfer them to the bowl. Then sprinkle some Chili Flakes, Black Pepper Powder, Salt, Corn Flour/Arrowroot, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, Water, and Oil. Mix all well & fry them in the medium heated Oil until they get golden color. Keep the pan for heating, put Oil, finely chopped Garlic, Ginger, Green Chilies, Capsicum, Onion, Salt, Black Pepper Powder, Spring Onion, Chili Sauce, Tomato Ketchup, Soya Sauce, Vinegar, some Corn Flour slurry, Coriander Leaves, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, and fried Mushroom. Cook on high flame till the sauce thickens and turns translucent. Garnish with Spring Onions and coriander Leaves. Mix well, serve with tea & enjoy!
