This simple homemade Mushroom Biryani Recipe is made with white button mushrooms and fresh vegetables and simple masala available at home.

Ingredients:
Button mushrooms - 400 gms
Sliced Onion - 3 big sized
Basmati biryani rice - 3 cups
Salt
Khada masala
Green chilli - 2 pcs
Coriander leaves
Lime juice - 1 tbsp
For marination :
Green matar - 1 cup
Chopped carrots - 1 cup
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tbsp
Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
Cumin powder - 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Garam masala - 1 tbsp
Biryani masala - 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves
Mint leaves
Curd - 2 cups
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp
Salt - 1 tbsp
Line juice - 1 tbsp
Marinate for 15 mins. Then fry the mixture on low medium flame for another 15 minutes.
For dum add
Fried onion
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Kesar milk - 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves
Mint leaves
Biryani masala - 2 tbsp
Oil
