Pretty good! Though, this is only half of the explanation. Sharps, flats, and naturals aren't necessarily accidentals… they are only accidentals when they're notes OUTSIDE of the given key signature. Since this video only shows us examples of notes with no sharps/flats in the key signature, it could potentially lead one to the false conclusions that sharps/flats/naturals are considered "accidentals" 100% of the time. F# in the key of G Major, for example, is NOT an accidental, but F natural IS.
