ist studio LP in almost 3 years for ac/dc with a new singer--one hell of a comeback after the death of singer Bon Scott--no one was sure how they'd sound. Ahmet Etregen, Atlantic Records CEO, gave them all the time they needed to record it, (Much to the objection of his board members) but the wait was well worth it--"Back In Black" is one of the top 5 selling LP's of all time

I invite you to enjoy this Rock title which grooves seriously with Lenny Kravitz.. My biggest musical discovery, this Live is monumental... 16 minutes of pure happiness... The first time I saw this live version of Always on the run was on a VHS tape that a friend lent me about 20 years ago.. I watched at least one ten times in a row... And I found this live 5 years ago on youtube.. what a joy it was to see it again... kzitem.info/news/bejne/1GZuzamZnYt1m4I Musician Live Tour 1993 : Lenny Kravitz : Lead Vocal / Guitar. Craig Ross: Lead guitar. Cindy Blackman: Drums. Jack Daey: Bass. George Laks: Keyboard / Organ. Michael Hunter: Trumpet.

Once upon a time, 30 years ago, we were dismantling the attic of an old abandoned rural house. And in one of the collapsed boxes we found dusty tape reels. In the evening we took them home and decided to listen to what was recorded there. And some of the AC/DC band's recordings. We don't know who this AC/DC fun was. That is, this is not just a group, but a legend, the history of rock music for half a century.

“Back in Black” is a song by Australian rock band AC/DC. It was released as the second US single from their seventh album of the same name in 1980 through Atlantic Records. The song is featured in several movies including Iron Man, Megamind, The Muppets, The Smurfs, Spider-Man: Far from Home, Family Guy, and Supernatural1. It is also ranked number 22 in Triple M’s “Ozzest 100” list of the most Australian songs of all time1. The song is known for its opening guitar riff and was written as a tribute to their former singer Bon Scott, who died in February 19801.

Angus wearing the school uniform came about because when he was 15-16 years old he was late for band practice after school, so he had to go straight to practice. The boys in the band said “you should wear your school uniform on stage” and so the rest is history. Angus continued to wear his school uniform as his stage costume and still wears it now. 🇦🇺🦘👏👏👏🇦🇺

As the Legend goes, this song was the band's response to people thinking they were finished because thier lead singer passed away just as they were breaking into success. The late great Bon Scott is a member of the infamous 27 club. He asphyxiated on his own vomit while passed out in a cars back seat outside a bar. People assumed the band was done for, considering how good Bon was and a signature to thier sound. Brian Johnson got the gig next and this song was the title track to thier newest album. The lyrics say it all.

Thanks for watching. I don't know if you are aware but did you know not stopping during the song or doing so minimally leads to copyright blocks in a lot of these videos including this one here which was blocked. I have a lot videos that get blocked and never get unblocked by the copyrights owners, hence no one can view them. In worse cases you can lose your channel to copyright strikes. It goes against the terms of use to use someone else’s work wholly without interrupting to give commentary in between. A lot of people don’t understand this. What I did here is actually not a good practice and should be a cautionary tale.
@georgea8298

@@MrsPenPal Yes I am aware of copyright issues with playing songs in entirety without stopping. Which is part of the reason I applaud you for being brave enough to risk getting blocked. It was a little selfish from my part by watching one of the greatest rock songs all the way through. It was also a surprise for me that you didn't stop it. There were a couple of times I expected to pause. I wish you all the best. By the way I enjoyed your reaction.

In this video it's definitely the same, but to be fair these days his voice isn't quite what it was. Part of that is due to age, and long term sustained damage to his vocal cords. That being said, at his age especially that's to be expected. I have to say, as vocalists go he's absolutely unique. There's literally NOBODY who sounds like Brian - his voice has such a distinctive quality to it that I absolutely adore. It's so incredibly perfect for rock and roll specifically, that I'd bet he could sing an opera and it would still sound like rock somehow.

The River Plate 🏟️ gets like that regardless who puts on a show there. And when the home ⚽ team plays there , it gets 10 times crazier. Especially when they play their #1 rival Boca Jr.

The lead guitarist Angus Young's image is to dress up like a school boy. He's always moving like that for the entire gig & still manages to play perfectly. As for the drummer, I've been a drummer for over 40 years & I would find it soul destroying to be playing 4 to the floor for the entirety of my career. But think of the money.
