I am so ready to try trapping out. Really cool the amount of attention to detail you put in to pointing out and explaining the habits and how to see tell tale signs of muskrats. Always fun to watch. Great video

Like 32! How are you buddy? I guess they like hanging out in those little runs! I guess they can hide in those little runs from predators! The muskrats by me hang out by the shorelines in the rocks and under the docks! Sometimes you see them swimming across the coves! Great information too! Enjoyed the video from beginning to end! Hope all is well with you! Take care till next time my friend! 😎❤️👍

Muskrat trapping locations- Scouting has a lot of memories. I am seventy-one. I used to clear and set my traps every morning before school. Then I skinned and stretched the muskrats. It was my income for for school expenses.

Oh boy! Now I am getting nervous. Some basic questions. Can these animals breathe under water, because our pond was dug on a gradual slope, we have a ton of cattails and other growth, so I should look for cattails that are cut down? Will they eat my fish & turtles? Do they burrow into the sides of a pond? Maybe I can get a picture of that side hole in ours. Can they and will they attack a bee hive? I don't think they are tall enough Last year, something hairy pushed over the top hive box of one of our hives in the depth of winter but because it was a big bee colony they attacked it and it fled. All the honey was left but the bees died from the cold. I mean it took down the plywood wind breaker to get to them and left hair on it. The tracks had melted by the time we got back there. About how deep do you estimate that pond you scouted to be? Thanks for this video. At least now I have some idea of what I am looking for. Way in the back of our land, almost on the property line is a drainage ditch and also in the front and I am sure both are filled with critters. Last summer, a neighbor down the street found a good sized rainbow trout in his flowing across the road. I miss living in civilization😊 Looking forward to your next Bigfoot Video! Take care.

Yes. They also dig holes in the bank and collapse your banks of ponds and creeks. They eat everything they get there paws on. Garden, crops, They have to chew to keep the teeth back.
