The Korean cold noodles shown are similar to the Korean buckwheat noodles called NaengMyung....add a few tablespoons of rice wine vinegar (or to taste) for a very refreshing and stomach soothing meal. Koreans also add yellow mustard (Chinese style) but you already tossed it out. This is my favorite Summer-time quick meal.

Thanks for the video Maggie. Yes it is a lot more economical to cook frozen and convenient. My Mom taught me how to wrap Jung tai from scratch. I like the fat pork with preserved eggs. But your type with mushrooms and Chinese sausage is good. That is how versatile making those with many ingredients. Some like peanuts also. But when I make mine it is huge, almost double the size of your frozen ones or any other you can buy at the oriental markets. I think I told you once that H mart is my favorite Korean market. I sometimes stop by there on my Costco run and to get a burger at the Habit burger. All three are within a few blocks from each other. I really enjoy your videos to get me great ideas. I just used you Matcha green tea latte recipe for my drink to take to work today. But my all time favorite is your char siu recipe I make at least once a month. But variety is the spice of life. Looking forward to more videos from you. Stay safe and take good care of your family. The children grow up too fast. Your loyal follower.❤

I've never eaten cold noodles before... always have to be hot/cooked. I used to buy frozen Har Gow... and it is again, a questionable quality.
