Wow, Sarah. That looks amazing. It’s making me real hungry. Can not wait to give it a go. I might make a suggestion on your foil. I’ve noticed you had, warped it with the shiny side down. You should always have the shiny side up. For, the reason, when foil heats up, the shiny side has the tendency to a smoky toxin in to the food. More so than the dull side. You can test it by, putting a flame under the foil, shiny side up and see how much it smokes, compared to the dull side up. Working in restaurants for as long as I have, it’s always been that way. Also, goes for dull side up, when putting food on top of the foil. If, you make a wild game cook book. I would be one of the first in line to purchase one or two. I’m sure, you could a great cook book, that would sell like hot cakes. Food for thought. Looking forward to your next creation. 🤤🤤🤤🙈🙉🙊♏️❤️
