Fatty Fish Fatty fish such as salmon, mackerel, and sardines are top on the list for kidney health due to their high omega-3 fatty acid content. Omega-3s are celebrated for their anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, which help reduce the risk of chronic kidney disease and slow its progression. These types of fish also offer high-quality, complete protein that is easier on the kidneys compared to red meats, which can help reduce the workload on these crucial organs.

he spreads unscientific pseudo-knowledge. mainstream confirm. we humans are genetically programmed to eat meat. that is the only reason we, homo sapiens, exist. most vegetables did not exist 500 years ago. everything that is offered today is highly bred, genetically manipulated and mass-produced industrially. such as oats and tofu. no one needs fiber. there is no relevant study that fiber is useful for the digestive process. on the contrary. the channel of Prof. Kay Bart is helpful, for example. and entertaining too. brutally honest

no kale, no grains, no sugar, no processed food, few vegetables, little fruit or better without both, no seed oils, no fast food. but natural foods such as meat, eggs, fat, lard, butter. This information here on the channel is very superficial, sometimes very wrong and dangerous. Tofu and oats are processed foods and soy products do more harm than good.

This video confuses sodium with salt. Seaweed and other foods don’t have a lot of sodium, they have a lot of sodium chloride. Potassium chloride is also salt. Calling salt, sodium is propaganda. Sodium is not salt, sodium is a soft silverish grey metal that reacts violently with water.
