I teach elementary art and the kids always hold their pencils too close to the point and too tight because they’re used to writing letters and numbers all day so I tell them to move their hand back from the tip and to swing their hand from the wrist or elbow so they can draw larger shapes. Usually it helps. I’ll have to check out the brush pens. My wife says she loves the pen website.

I managed to buy a few of those double-sided pens before they stopped selling them. I had to learn to refill them.

The long line trick you showed reminds me of throwing a frisbee. Don’t look at the frisbee, look at where you want it to go.

This was awesome! Your arm movements are so loose but decisive. Super interested in some of those pens at the end! What were the good ones? I just started your section of Marvel Art of Storytelling at Proko: )

G-pen tends to scratch the paper off, which paper do you recommend? Also, dry ink merged into my Copic markers on one of my drawings, which ink do you suggest when using with alcool markers? Thanks in advance for the great work and tutorials :D

I always forget about Deleter ink. I haven't done traditional inkwork in some time and seeing this makes me want to play with it. I want to really try black 3.0 ink.
