This came out at the perfect moment. I've been looking for a video like this. I don't have an iPhone but was looking into filming with my cellphone. I've watched a few videos on different products and the points you mentioned helps. I really like the Beast Grip because of their new DOF Mk3 which allows attaching dslr lenses to the whole setup.

I am wanting to learn to make short videos to post on my social business pages. I have never done anything like this before. What is the minimum equipment I should have and what are some of the extras I could look into? I have an iPhone.

Beastgrip's universal cage is called the Beastgrip Pro. Beastcam is the name of their camera app. I'm sceptical that the DJI Osmo Mobile 6 or Insta360 gimbals would work with that cage, which by itself weighs 310g (11oz). I'd be looking at DJI's Ronin RS 3 Mini if I wanted a gimbal.

Can you make a video of the accessories you use on your setup at time 3:49?? Monitor, battery bank, cables, etc.

What do you mean “Apple is up to their old tricks”? How is it a “trick” to use camera accessories? EVERYBODY who uses ANY camera for professional cinematography uses a TON of accessories. That isn’t a “trick”, it’s just how you shoot video. You should know better.
