Water pressure regulators are very important and if you can you should pick up some of the replacement filter screens. Over time they get damaged and can allow water to leak. Thanks for the informative video! - Bloggin Brandi

Great advice. Another thing try and find straight sided containers as the ones you have, with sloped sides, waste an inch or more of space. I have also found the rubber coated shelf organizers such as spice holders provide much needed storage on the wall interior of cabinets. Wire bottoms? .Just glue on some cardboard or stiff paper to the sides or bottom of wire racks.

What a great list. We still haven't purchased the patio mat and it has been on our list for a year, I seriously sweep about 4 times a day. Funny story about the sewer hose... our first long term stay we were 1 foot away from the dump, so we had to buy an extra hose and a connector. Great advice for any RV newbie, thanks for sharing!

Nailed every one. I hook the black tank flush hose up to the y. Never had a back feed issue. Lol. We have an outside shower so we use it if we're all Sandy. My Fiance doesn't like the outdoor mat... It catches all the dirt she says. Lol. Like its supposed to. Only one I'd add is a water filter. Our Rv has one but $35 to replace. Going to start running 2 ...one before the permanent one in the rv

The Video is: Testing our van life water heater for carbon monoxide by The Queen & Bob... This is a must see if you're wanting to put a Ventless Tankless Water Heater in your Tent or RV. If you're just wanting an OUTSIDE tankless WH... there is one for about $150. and I think it's called Camp Plus? Don't quote me on that... Most campgrounds don't allow patio mats or rugs, tank treatments don't dissolve anything, using them for deodorizer is about the only thing they do. Spend more on the pressure regulator and skip the mat. The y connector is very handy. 50 ft water hose and sewer hose is very good to have. A lot of places require the sewer house to be elevated. Good call. Clear bins make it easier to see what's in them without pulling them all out. Command strip items are amazing. And for the love of all that is good, SKIP THE RV TP. Septic safe is fine

Also after you dump and wash out your tank lets get it started by just adding 2 gals of water plus 1/2 cup of Borax. You can also us this in your wash if you have a wash and dry on your RV and its 100% safe... Borax is nothing more then a oxygenator with a little natural salt and basic acid that that brakes down grease in tanks and on close like detergents do. This will also clean and scrub the inside of your tank keeping it clean (tank sensors get clean better). It help with odders so adding in tank tables or chemicals is not needed ( unless you need to smell poo perfume). Unless your planning on months of boon docking. 1/2 cup last all month. . (now if you have a LARGE family then you should be dumping more often and the chemicals are never doing there job.) We almost for got to talk about tank pyramids that happen when the tank has little or no water to move poo from the point of drop.. So it builds up and you get a poo pile.. This is why we say 2 gals of water to push the poo problem away from the drop zone... ;)

Is it because of the pebbley wall textures in RVs? We use them for Christmas stockings on our mantel. They stuck for two months, and came off only because I needed to remove them. I've had two on my tub wall for several years, and they still hold wet towels to this day. Would you have other suggestions than Command hooks, since you havent had success with them?
