Mutton Biryani || Bangalore's special Zeerak samba rice biryani by squash cooking
This is the authentic way to cook biryani without using pressure cookers.... biryani cooked on low flame brings out all the flavour and they get absorbed in mutton and taste awesome...... food lovers do try this at home and subscribe to my channel
INGREDIENTS
oil 300ml
mutton 1 kg
zeerak samba rice 800 gms to 1 kg
(you can also use basmati rice )
gingergarlic paste 1/2cup
ghee 100ml
saffron 1 big pinch
milk 1/2cup
cardomoms 5
cinnamon 2 (1 inch pieces )
cloves 5
tomatoes 6 large
onions 2 large
coriander leaves handful
mint leaves handful
green chillies 6
lemons 2
curd 200ml
red chilli powder 4 tsp
salt 3tbsp in gravy + 3tbsp while cooking rice water to cook the rice
