Very authentic dish. In India we cook haleem specially during Ramadan and Muharram. The initial process is the same, but we add lotsa herb paste and spices cooked in oil or ghee.

What a stupid comment! The publisher is presenting authentic food of Iran, Mutton Haleem ! Learn to respect! Right!
