Ingredients:
Mutton-500 Grams
Salt-1 Tsp
Turmeric Powder-1/2 Tsp
Jaffna Meat Curry Powder- 2 1/2 Tbsp
Ginger-10 Grams
Garlic Cloves-20 Grams
Put it in the fridge to marinate for 3 hours
Oil-2 1/2 Tbsp
Mustard Seeds-1 Tsp
Fennel Seeds-1 Tsp
add 1 medium onion
add 1 1/2 Sprigs of curry leaves
add 8 small green chili
add 4 small pieces of rampa
Tamarind extract- 1 Tbsp (Thick)
2nd extract of coconut milk- 1 Cup Or 250 ML
1st extract of coconut milk-1/3 Cup Or 80 ML
Meat Masala Powder-1/2 Tsp
