This video is about a very famous Chettinad style dry mutton preparation called mutton Uppu Kari. It’s made with shallots, garlic, round red chillies and pepper. This is a very simple with a very delicious taste. This is how country style mutton is made.
Ingredients:
Mutton - 1 1/4 kg
Shallots - 25 to 30 no’s
Garlic - 15 to 20 no’s
Tomato - 1 no
Pepper powder - 1 Tbsp
Dry round red chillies - 15 to 18 no’s
Cinnamon stick - 3 pieces
Fennel seed - 1 tsp
Currry leaves - 2 sprig
Ginger-garlic paste - 1 Tbsp
Salt - to taste
