Great job so far!! . I've got the 2004 model. Was thinking of installing a gt spoiler 🤔 where did you get yours? You should get some speedster humps to cover the fabric roof. Not many people do this and in my view just makes it stand out even more!!

So glad you mentioned the speedster humps lol. Was gonna buy that item from a porsche body kit from turismo.uk.com, but i think im gonna make it myself.im pretty good with fiberglass/bodywork/paint. & i agree i luv that look. I got my wing from ebay actually, i wasnt so sure i liked it at 1st but im good with it now.

Thnx man! So far im pretty happy with the mods,although i have been thinkin bout changing the red to either satin black or maybe lime green.ive still got a massive list of mods to do,including a 2zz with super charger.but ya the wheels dont rub at all, they are 17" wheels, no offset, on stock shocks. Will prob go coilovers eventually,drop it another 3/4 inch or so. The body kit is the vis racing standard kit that most ppl get, i just added a few splitters of my own underneath.

Looks really nice I have a yellow MR2 Spyder 2000 I used to have the sw20 1990 can see mine on my KZitem channel. Next mod is the coilovers as my stock shock's are bad need changing going to be almost $1000 just to replace to stock I don't see the point. As for $1500 can get BC racing 3nd in the ranks they sell. Good for Street and track.

Ive been debating on either high $ coilovers, or cheap lowering springs lol. I've been told tho by car guys that if you do coilovers you should upgrade the rest of all of the front suspension. Im a bit torn bout it. & ill def check out your channel man

In love with this!! Where did you find the diffuser, front lip, and the covers on the side skirt?!?!?!?
@bullfrogzbodyshop
2 жыл бұрын
Thnx man! The diffuser is on ebay, the front lip is 2 out of the 3 pieces the universal splitter kit came with,also on ebay.ill be adding a bigger aluminum splitter to go underneath those 2 pieces as well that will make up the gap in the middle.the 2 side vents on the skirts also are universal vents from ebay.im a cheap sob i get everything from ebay pretty much lol. If you look at my pieces closely,then compare them to what you see on ebay under universal splitter, vents,diffuser,youll find all of it.if you need any help at all tho just holla at me.im gettin ready to add the custom made aluminum splitter under the front,maybe add vent to the front quarter panels,then spray the car satin black.i think with the carbon that'd look sick.that way the car is just satin black+ carbon, instead of red black + carbon

Ben contemplating that. Turbo my 1zz, or pay the big $ for swap & supercharger. Can you give me some details? Prices? Would luv some info on that
@zokusharuuku1091
2 жыл бұрын
@@bullfrogzbodyshop sure just search turbocharging the 1zz need help on spyderchat. I pretty much walked through everything I did, the cost and the difficulties I had. The 1zz 10.1 compression ratio is perfect for low to medium boost and can make lots of power on e85. The 1zzs limits aren’t much lower than the transmission limits so I dont really see the added cost and complexity being any benefit with swapping a 2zz with a low boost supercharger. Superchargers take power to run and you’ll likely be at 1zz power just spinning the 2zzs supercharger and the 1zz can easily make 250whp on a good e85 tune which is likely more than you’d see from a supercharged 2zz.
