I'm here because my job is killing my fitness goals. 10 hour days with a drive each way. You better know I sneaking a kettle bell into the office. If anyone has a problem with that, they can bite my hiney! I'm a 59 year old nurse and I'm a widow. No one is coming to save me if I can't stay fit and keep working!

I just changed from powerlifting barbell style training to kettlebell, really enjoying your videos. Giving me some great ideas for exercises to include. Switching to kettlebells was a huge shock to the system, they make you realise how weak you are in certain areas.

Best way to spend 6 minutes on KZitem. You could just do this routine with mixing it up a bit (weight, order of exercises) and get pretty damn big and strong.
