I took ten minutes to walk around the best bike I've had to date. I've had 44 MTB's and several road bikes in my time. Though I've never had a long travel 29er, this bike has blown my expectations. 29" wheels, with 170/162mm travel in a package that weighs less than 29lbs. It's long, low and slack, but not to the extreme. The riding position while stable and fast, remains playful and maneoverable. It's certainly not fashionably long. Which suits my purpose for the bike perfectly. I can ride it as a normal trail bike, but likewise, enjoy decent air time and big hits at the bike park.
RRP of the standard XT/XTR bike with Factory shock and fork options as well as carbon Reynolds wheels is £8699. I have added Revgrips, the Praxxis Lyft HD Carbon cranks, Fasst Company FleXx bars, Revgrips stem, Garbaruk cassette and mech cage, OneUp 210mm dropper post, PNW Loam lever and gold KMC chain, bringing the approximate retail value to almost £10k with removed parts accounted for.
FOR SALE
This bike is now for sale and I'm accepting offers. It's been invisiFRAME'd and is in incredible condition. Having a child and now in lock down, means this bike has only covered around 100 miles and seen two trips to bike parks. I will be replacing this with a Pivot Switchblade or maybe a Pivot Shuttle (the ebike version of this bike).
Offers approaching £6k (NOT including the Fasst Company FleX bars or Revgrips Stem).
I'm happy to answer questions below.
