I was judging you a little for having like 10 planners like 'she doesn't need that many she couldn't possibly use them all ' but clearly you actually use them all judging by your last year's ones! I'm struggling to kniw how to re ord all the things I want to in a logical way but its so helpful for my adhd when I can know where everything goes and I can sort of mentally empty my brain on paper. The puppy one is probably, y fav such a nice idea - as you say its a once in a lifetime thing. And a puppy is a child!!

Thank you so much for liking this video! I totally get it when people said this many planners could be overwhelming (and myself 5 years ago would have thought the same). Thankfully now I fully embrace stationery and journaling as a way to record my life and enjoy my time, I don't feel too bad about having many systems and ways to write things down, and USE my tools :D

Yes totally get it..have a role for each journal. I have one for my mental health ..its great to get that stuff out and work from there. My daily planner is my main baby...its chunky ..a Lamy journal..can't wait to finish that one and merge into the Claire Fountaine. Also ..bit proud of my Wheel of Fortune journal..I got the idea from a book called The Dynamic Laws of Prosperity by Catherine Ponder, where you add affirmations, visual representations of what you desire and I meditate with that one..it goes everywhere and then I can add to it..its a gem. Do you go into your journals one at a time...? Would like to know about your setup for your mental health one...need those tips/prompts?

Thank you for the mention of the Nolty PDCA. It's exactly what I've been searching for: an A5 vertical weekly planner. Not sure whether I'll get it. I'm still planning to use the Traveler's Notebook system for 2021. I've thought about changing to A5 MD notebook for my journal so then would add an A5 planner book and store the two of them in an A5 Documented Journey cork cover.

I think the Traveler's Notebook is a great system, and if you do plan to find a vertical weekly (A5), I'd suggest Amazon Japan. I also do love the A5 size for journaling and long-form writing! Love the ample space

寄思 has been really popular this year with their unique weekly layout!! Another popular one is 小狐狸, I'm so tempted by these 2 planners but I know that I probably will not use many pages in the end, since I have 3 other journals working well for me. I think 寄思 is really good for writing in Chinese on its blank pages, for me I have noticed that dotted notebooks like Hobonichi Techo aren't too conducive for the Chinese characters (and my huge handwriting lol).
@PenguinsCreative
3 жыл бұрын
You have a good point with the Hobonichi grids and Chinese characters. Many users I follow that journal in the Hobonichi don't necessarily stay in the grids or lines! I am looking forward to practicing my chinese in the Thinking of you. Also, Hello studio (狐狸) is one that tempted me year after year hahaha
