We will be infusing a sage and orange, a lemon and thyme, and a chili and rosemary oil in this recipe. They are great for roasted vegetables, salad dressings, or searing fish. I’ll guide you through steps while showing you some of my favorite techniques. I’ll teach you how to infuse any type of oil so you can come up with your own flavors.
