I had a stack of magazines that I've kept for YEARS! I finally decided to go through them and tear out the pages I really liked. I tore out 6 pages. Yes 6 pages out of 20 magazines. They went in the recycle bin and I set the pages aside for a few weeks. Just looked at them again and threw away 3 of them. Wow.

It was the stomach flu, then we all got a cold and now it's colds and puking and horrible sore throats. And my youngest who will be 2 next month has a double ear infection and pink eye in both eyes. I feel your pain! It's relentless!!!! Heres to happy healthy thoughts!!! and spring... where art thou???? I threw up nonstop with all my pregnancies and have years of barfing stories with my kids. One thing I learned is that it is horrible to throw up in a bucket in the car (for all the reasons you mentioned). Use a gallon Ziploc bag instead! You can zip it up after and no one has to smell it or spill it. Then you can just throw it in the trash in a sack. Bags are small enough to fit in purses, in glove boxes, and we even put them between our children's mattress and headboards in case they are going to barf in the night. Plus, less dirty dishes. Get rid of the bowls and use Ziplocs! It'll make things so much easier! :) I hope you all get better. Doing the rounds of sick kids (& parents) over and over is the worst!

My biggest struggle is not completing the cycle, too! Not just myself, but my husband & kids. At the end of the night I try to load the cups into the dishwasher that are sitting in the sink & dry the dishes that have been air drying. It's the last thing I want to do, but realized it makes such a huge difference between an almost clean kitchen & an actually clean kitchen. 😊 I hope you can beat that stomach bug. It has been bad here in the states, too! You need some of those surgery masks. Lol. My one son got it a few weeks ago & a few days later my preschool son was thrown up on by a classmate. My OB dr said hand washing was his best advice. Since antibacterial stuff won't kill the bug. I'm 31 weeks pregnant so I've been hand washing constantly. I'll take snot, but stomach bugs are evil!

I find it best to put things away properly... once I start to relax i am going into lazy mode -areas that you are trying to figure that look messy or junky maybe a close friend or family can help as you said we start overlooking it

A super helpful tip that has help me not get sick since I started going to school was adding a little bit of apple cider vinegar to the juice I carry I bought some to go apple cider vinegars and each capful will mix with the juice and you won't be able to taste it what I recommend is for every one cup put half a capful to start once you build your tolerance I would do a full capsule which is super tiny and usually you know how how much you can tolerate for instance if I buy a McDonald's sweet tea I put two capitals anything more than that then I can taste it and I won't drink it basically apple cider vinegar will kill the bacteria that is living inside your stomach so as soon as I come in contact with anyone who is sick or I am sick or I'm getting symptoms I start drinking it at instantly it helped me so much when I had the flu what I do is I buy big juices and I just pour it in there and give it to my husband and not let him know that it's in there because you know how family members are they don't want to drink anything that is going to help them be healthy so what I would do is I just sneak a little bit in there and not let them know that it in there and they will be happily drinking and and thing healthy I bought my to go apple cider vinegar at Walmart they come in a pack of four or 6 it was $5 and it's very convenient I keep one in my purse in my car and my school locker and the great thing is it helps with urinary tract infections and yeast infections which I get a lot helps prevent them and treat them and ever since then I haven't gotten any or when I do get one I just start drinking the apple cider vinegar with juices and it goes away seriously try it it's a lifesaver!

I'm a 90%er too! The bins of homeless things are the absolute worst for me. It seems inevitable that items make it into the bins, and I never find a place for them. Then, when people stop by, the bins get tucked away somewhere to be found many moons later. The best thing for me is to just force myself to put things away once or twice a day, because then there is no 90% for that item. It's either where it belongs, or it's not. I LOVE the rest of your tips though!

Re: Returning Flu I don't know how your AC/Heat system is set up but if there is a removable filter just change it for kicks, it may help with this returning flu bug. And, maybe do a short video recipe of homemade electrolite replacer, I imagine getting everyone boosted on those will help if/when it comes back around again. Take Care! Re: Tips Yes, the 100% complete vs. 90% definitely one of my issues! That and not enough storage for what we think we need to keep so almost all horizontal surfaces accumulate things. It's gotten so bad, my daughter decided her bedroom floor and her loveseat are permanent storage spaces. Maybe that's a video idea: Teen bedrooms?
