Soft and Chewy Honeycomb Cakes recipe:
Ingredients :
170g tapioca starch
10g all purpose flour
10g rice flour
5 eggs (65g/ whole egg)
340g coconut milk
220g palm sugar or coconut sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 Tbsp coconut oil or cooking oil
6g baking powder
5g baking soda
Rectangular mold: 22cm x 12 cm x 9cm
Or round mold : 20cm
Bake at 170°C for 35 minutes.
After 35 minutes, lower the heat to 160°C for 10 minutes.
Then bake 120°C for 10 minutes. Total: 55 minutes.
NOTE: The general rule when using a fan oven is to set the oven temperature 15°C lower than the temperature in a conventional oven according to the recipe.
