Thanks Kate, really interesting i have found eating weetabix and fruit gives my awfull energy bursts then suddenly crashes and i feel very tired. I've tried and tested porridge with blueberries, raisins, pumpkin seeds and this seems to work for me, no energy crashes. I think you should be ok with Ready brek as I've had it on tbe past and have read on tbe box low sugar, that's what i go for tbh, i might get some of that unsweetened almond milk and try ii, trial and error for the both of us.

i think theres a lot of sugar in weta. sounds great idea with that milk, theres 0 sugar in it. no taste tbh.

You have to be careful of Almonds as they can produce cyanide LOL im not even joking some person in the USA died after eating a bad almond haha crazy stuff and am i seeing things or did you put like a whole spoon of sugar on your food? that cant be good im lazy when it comes to Vitamins i just take those tablets haha

Bitter almonds contain a toxin that breaks down into cyanide, a deadly poison. While modern almonds are safe to eat, wild almonds and untreated bitter almonds can be toxic
