I use a similar setup while filming my fishing in my boat. The two GoPro angles catch all the action. Your tip on using the looping feature is Genius! I have never heard of that feature and will definitely experiment with it this season! Thanks for the great video and tips Fluke.

Thanks for the camera rig insight Gene! Never would have thought that GoPros were the only thing you were using! I'm sure you're aware of this Gene, but you can also change the field of view to "Narrow" and the shot will zoom in some... not much but it's a huge difference from the wide field of view. If I may add... to those who don't know much about GoPros: Gene is sets his resolution to 1080 and his field of view is either medium or linear. This is why it's not so wide like you see in most KZitemrs (including me) wearing chesty mounts.

I have a question regarding handle length. In your opinion is it beneficial to have a longer handle on a carolina rig, flipping/pitching rod in the 7'3 to 7'6 range?? I am looking at a rod that is offered in a split grip or a full grip but the full grip handle is 2.5 inches longer than the split grip handle. Would you get the longer handle, which I think would have better balance or the shorter split grip handle?
