After about 2 months of work, I’m almost back in fighting shape! I thought you guys might find it interesting to see how I’ve been working to recover from the CK Season 2 stunts I performed!
I started this year still in a lot of pain from some injuries, and finally started twice-a-week physical therapy in late March. Now, a couple of months later, I’m almost cleared to return to my full training schedule. Here’s what I’ve been up to in PT for the last couple of weeks as I get close to my release from treatment!
