Thank you speaking honestly. I saved this video to show my very left wing mother, the creepy things like the kid in cutoffs twerking at the pride parade. My parents took me to pride parades in the late 70's/early 80's. They think that it's the same today. I was young then, but I still know it was, regular people who happened to be gay marching for fairness.

I remember this specific moment when I was around 8 years old. Growin up as an imaginative only-child used to playing alone, one day in that childlike innocence I wondered to myself "what does it feel like to be a girl?" So I went n got 1 of my mom's least favorite dresses from the laundry, put it on n played around n twirled around like a little girl would for like 5 minutes. Then I was like "oh, that was fun" took off the dress, put it back in the laundry n went right back to playing like a little boy with my toy soldiers, plastic guns n toy cars n never did the little girl play pretend thing ever again. If I were 8 years old today in 2023 n somebody from the TQ+ community saw me play pretending as a girl for that short 5 minutes, I have no doubt they would've pushed me to make a life changing transition I would later regret. No shade to all the people out there with genuine body dysmophia, y'all have my support. My ability to be imaginative n playful has resulted in my having a few acting gigs under my belt among the vast variety of endeavors I've pursued in my life as a heterosexual man. My current goal is to marry my baddie fiance n have a couple of kids her within the next couple years. So glad I grew up in the period in time when I did.

Right, I remember my first drag show about a decade ago and it was at an adult’s only venue, a nightclub. And that was the norm. They were pretty much exclusive to adult only venues and clubs. I’d see drag queens at family festivals every once in a while, but their performances were never sexual. Usually they were doing comedy or giving genuine motivational speeches about BEING YOURSELF. It’s wild to me how much it’s changed in such a short span of time.

It really lost me as well as soon as they started involving children... I feel like after 26 year in the closet, when I came out I wanted people to know that I was gay and took on the "gay" personality, and it did some good for me for a bit, becoming proud to be myself. I think it happens to a lot of gay men, they take on this "persona" to broadcast "I'm proud and not afraid of who I am".... but they don't know how to drop that persona after a bit and actually be themselves. But being 32 now, the past year I feel like I'm just learning how to actually be myself again. I realized I don't like the glitter, flags, bright colors, and hyper sexualization of every conversation. I want to be stoic. I want to be disciplined. I want to be taken seriously. It took several years, but I've finally learned being gay is a very small part of who I am, and doesn't need to be my main personality trait.

@@paulcarmi8130 there is going to be a backlash, a generation is growing up that has never seen the "discrimination" the LGBT community allied to fight, they'll grow up seeing the public LGBT community being the one shutting people's voices, destroying their lives and sources of income for daring to say anything that's not in support, doxxing, bullying etc... In this new generation's eyes, the LGBT community will be the evil one that needs to be defeated. It's the cycle of life, the swinging pendulum, nothing new under the sun.

I'm glad I'm not the only one thinking this. My husband and I are raising a teenage relative. They only ever talk about being gay, how the straights are disgusting (actively calling my husband and me gross, loudly in public), and how awful it is that they get misgendered in public by strangers (they don't dress or try to represent themselves as masculine). I get it. It doesn't feel good to be called something you don't want to be identified as, but expecting people they may have 1 interaction with in their entire existence to accommodate their fragile ego/identity is ridiculous. I'm seeing many young people feel that they need others to tell them who they are/reaffirming labels, and I'm so tired of it; if all it takes for them to have a mental breakdown about a stranger mislabeling them, they have bigger core issues to resolve.

You can help change the average normie's response to what's going on, by speaking out, at least to the people around you. You can make it known that you think this sh*t is CRAZY, and harmful, and dangerous! Also, seriously..? The new documentary that just came out, Affirmation Generation, is freaking AMAZING!!! Currently trying to encourage all the normies in my life to see that one. Great way to peak people, or at least to get them started down the path of SERIOUSLY questioning this stuff. And the more people wake up and object..? The more we can turn this around! It's like that story about the Emperor's New Clothes.. If NO ONE says out loud that he is naked..? People will keep pretending like he isn't! But the more people bravely say it..? The more the spell is broken! And straight men absolutely CAN be a part of that. Men like you are also important.

Explained the ridiculousness of it. What are the kids getting taught at school. All I ever wanted for the gay community was treated as equals. In law. Myself and my partner are just like everyone else. That's what I fought for. In schools just let the kids know in class that some other kids might have two mummies or two daddies. That's it. Nothing much. Now its getting scary. It's disheartening what kids are getting taught. Some of if is vulgar. And h feel the gay community are getting used to bring all this weird crap in. I’m a gay teenage boy that was groomed into believing I was a trans woman online. When I was around 13-14, I had a group of friends online on discord, usually ranging from 18-24, most of them being on the TQ+ side of the lgbtq+. At the time, I recently found out I was gay (bisexual technically because I thought I liked women when really I just like feminine things), which, at 13 thats insanely early to find out I was gay. I had a small interest in crossdressing and fashion, I liked femboys and seeing cute outfits, like many gay men. my online “friends” made me believe that this interest made me a transwoman, and encouraged me to start using She/Her or They/Them pronouns. Me being a VERY young teenager, believed this, and came out as trans online. They encouraged me to shave my legs and post images of me in thigh highs and skirts in lewd poses and videos, KNOWING I WAS 13 AT THE TIME. I didn’t think I was being groomed for years, I thought they were just being supportive and trying to help me find my identity. They further reinforced my belief by posting images of cute woman’s outfits and asking if i thought they looked cute, and asking if i would like to wear them. It got to the point where I almost came out to my friends and family, and was heavily considering getting gender reassignment surgery… at the age of 14. These thoughts, which they told me was gender dysphoria, led to a massive decline in my mental health, every minute of my day was spent thinking about transitioning. They told me that religion didn’t support being trans, and tried to get me to leave the church, which was almost successful, made me an atheist, but was unable to leave the church. This occurred for the next half year, of me being miserably depressed, hating religion, my parents, and myself. This lead to October 2021, where I attempted suicide, thinking my parents and my friends wouldn’t support me, and that I would never be a woman, obviously, it was a failed attempt. Eventually, I left discord, not due to me realizing I was being groomed, but because of my severe mental health issues and needing a break from social media. Within the first week of me leaving, I almost instantly realized, “wait, i might not even be trans, i just like cute things!”. When I realized this, I beat the crap out of myself, calling myself pathetic and an idiot for ever believing I was trans, not blaming the groomers, but myself. I had conflicting thoughts for months, about my gender, religion, political side, and my mind. Beating myself up for it. I eventually came out as gay to my friends and family, with loving support from them, which I am insanely grateful for. I struggled with mental health and my gender for years, wondering if I liked being more feminine or being more masculine, I tried crossdressing, shaving my legs, wearing thigh highs and pink hoodies to school, which led to excessive bullying and homophobia. This caused massive anxiety issues, and even panic attacks, which happened once a week for several months, causing me to need to go home early from school. This happened until January 2023, where it was happening almost every other day. I was very heavily considering just giving up, I was on antidepressants, but, none of them worked, my old therapist just insulted me and didn’t give me any actual advice. I was at my lowest point yet. February 2023, my friends asked me if I went to the gym. Me being a chubby, lazy, anti toxic masculinity, liberal, declined, and disagreed with all the stuff they said. I wanted to be cute and feminine, not buff and masculine, gross. It got to the point where they weren’t hanging out with me, they were always either doing school work, or going to the gym. I denied them every time they invited me, making up excuses like, “I don’t have time in my schedule” “i’ll get made fun of” “its too expensive”. Finally, during the end of the month, I submitted, and went to the gym with them. My first work out was, very hard, and very painful, but it felt, oddly good! My friends convinced me to get a membership, and to start going every weekday, which I agreed. I was very anxious, so I never talked to people, instead I started off doing my own workouts, if someone was in the machine next to me, looks like I had to wait until they were gone so no one saw me struggle. But eventually, I started going on my own, and started talking to the other people there, and they were insanely supportive and encouraging! It made me feel so much more confident about talking to others and the way I looked! I started eating healthier to gain muscle and lose a bit of body fat, I started trying to talk to more people and tried to make more friends. It’s been 4 months since I started going to the gym, and my mental and physical health has never been better, I no longer have depression, rarely have anxiety, lost 10 pounds without really trying to lose weight, and made so many new friends. It was only until very recently I realized that I was groomed online 3 years ago, and that I didn’t really have any desire to become trans, and only went with it to run away from the fact that I had depression, so I had something to blame it on other than myself. Now I realize that I was an impressionable young teen, that was taken advantage of by adults to push their beliefs onto children, and receive lewd images in the process. Quitting social media, and starting self improvement has been the greatest decision of my entire life, and I have never felt better. I’m proud to be a happy, healthy, religious, 16 year old gay boy, and I’m even prouder to have been able to escape those groomers and to have fixed my depression. Life is amazing, and leaving the LGBTQ+ community has done nothing but make my life better in every possible way. I’ve never told anyone about this, so I’m glad to have found a group of people that agree with me on how awful the lgbtq+ community can be, especially towards children. It led to horrible, and damaging mental health issues that lasted even after I realized I wasn’t trans. I hope everyone will be able to realize how awful it is to be pushing this towards children, and will strive to make our world better for the lgbtq+ members that aren’t absolutely insane. ❤ Thank you for giving me a place where i feel comfortable sharing this.

my Story is actually very similar to yours except I’m a lesbian. I’m 17 now, religious, healthy (mentally and physically) and just so much better off that I cut off from everything and restarted to figure out myself. after the messed up shit of other people consfusing a 13 year old and making me think I was a boy, and like you, that literally made more suicidal after years of manipulation and destroying myself before I finally came to the realisation that this is fucked up and cut off from everything and essentially restarted my life. There are so many ‘detransitioners’ and severely depressed ‘trans’ people that it is really just confusing, destroying and even killing kids.

It’s crazy how upside down it all is. When someone pointed this out in one of our PHME lessons the teacher told us kids that it was impossible for straight people, white people and men to be discriminated against, even going as far as to deny the fact that being male was a discriminated characteristic in the fucking human rights act which she had JUST referenced. She also made the point that it was impossible for a woman to rape a man and actively contributed to negative stereotypes of men, saying it was “much harder for us to keep it in our pants”. On the plus side, most people were wise to it. Even the people I had down as pro-LGBT were aware that it was insanity.

As a gay person myself, it was good to work at a place that held events that helped out homeless youth charities and LGBTQ charities. But each year, I noticed a shift. The community somehow went from fighting for gay marriage and equality (in the eyes of the law) to somehow demonizing other gay peers because they are white, oversexualizing absolutely everything, and denying basic biology. It became so toxic that I removed myself from it all and I couldn't be any happier.

That's rich considering white people have spent centuries perpetuating GLOBAL economic and social divisiveness. You can't demand respect when your race still has indigenous lands under European occupation. White people have demonized POC for thousands of years. No one owes any more respect to white people than they have bestowed upon others. Your Caucasian racial category is literally dying out. As the numbers of your global human population takes a nose dive, hostilities towards white people is going to increase because the vast majority of the world's population are not white people. It is, what is it. I don't condone the discrimination of anyone regardless of race. However, that's the energy you white people put out, now the universe is calling back those results. The universe keeps receipts, luv. Karma is coming to collect.

There's a lot but with media the extremes get the most attention and some will see that as the majority unless they know of people personally in said group. A good analogy might be if you're in a crowd of 1000 and there's 1 or 2 people yelling extremities, they'd get a lot of attention from those outside the group, but those within would understand he doesn't speak for the other 990+. People who aren't there and hear of it will think "what was wrong with x group", and because of the obscene scene created it'd get views for mostly the wrong reasons. But those who know people in the group would ask "what was with that fruit loop?". Another example, the few who riot and turn a protest into something that few were apart of, sport hooligans don't represent the %99 either and further more, yet a lot will see the majority as a certain way unless involved/ personal encounters throughout life.

I got a bit frustrated and I told her "I don´t care that you are a lesbian, how does that have to anything to do with what you are wearing?". She tried to tailor her entire personality around being gay and you could tell it was one of the most dominant topics in her life. Then she asked me if I was straight or a lesbian...I told her I never thought about it, but I guess I was straight. She didn´t understand how could I never give it too much space in my life. I just told her I like people. That´s it. She is a sweet person who just got indoctrinated into this entire LGBTQ+whatever movement thinking she had to hold a certain image. Any community is toxic when individual voices aren't allowed to be heard. "just like with feminism, time and awareness will recognise and correct that" Sorry to say this, but feminism is now worse than it ever was. Intersectional feminism is THE WORST ideology unleashed upon populations in a long long, LONG time. It's responsible for this current "hierarchy of oppression" olympics, in which you can do and say anything you like as long as you've been approved of having enough oppression points on you. And we have the feminists to thank for that. Everyone is now put in their well defined racial, sexuality, wealth, class and even body weight boxes, and kept there as mannequins for the ideologues to use, the ideologues who are hell bent on pitting every single possible group against each other, and all against the white heterosexual male. Feminism is a toxic ideology, which claims to be for equality, but instead is a supremacist movement which spares no effort or opportunity to bring everything down, but especially to bring all men down. They claim that's not the case, they claim there is this "pure form" of feminism, which you have to "read about" to understand that it's just a benign egalitarian movement which just started as a women's rights movement, but nothing could be further from the truth. Feminism is NOT a good movement. Maybe it once was, but if that's the case it has to be said that it certainly isn't that anymore. And it hasn't been that for a long time.

@@amirxodom You made some valid points, specifically about the exposure of kids to these strange carnivals. But you seem to not understand basic facts about being trans and trans healthcare. What makes them transgender is that they identify as something other than the gender assigned at birth. Everything else is merely what helps them with that process of acceptance. There's no delusion or mental illness involved there, just a deep seated neurological trait that can only be perceived by the person experiencing it. The consensus of serious scientific research and clinical experience is that gender identity is biologically rooted in our prenatal development, whether we are transgender or cisgender. Yes, transitioning is not a requirement for being trans, not all trans people want the available procedures or other ways of transitioning. A trans person is and always will be the gender they inform you to be. A tomboy identifies as a girl, a trans man however identifies as a man. Same thing with femboys. Transition for minor children is different than an adult’s transition. It is primarily social- preferred name and pronouns, hair, clothing, and the like. As puberty nears, the child’s physician may recommend puberty blockers- medications that have been in common use for other conditions for many, many years, whose efficacy and safety are well documented. These medications are not “hormone therapy”, they do not cause any changes. Instead, they delay the onset of any changes puberty might cause (breast development, voice deepening, etc). If these medications were to be stopped, the child’s body would progress into puberty naturally. No physician will perform gender confirming surgery on a pre-pubescent child, and in almost all cases will wait until the child is 17-18 before agreeing to perform any of these procedures. Hormone therapy would start in late teens, so they’d not be a “child” anymore but a young adult. Puberty blocker prescriptions are not written by a physician on a whim, there must be documented evidence that the child’s gender identity is insistent, consistent, and persistent. There is a medical protocol that is followed as per WPATH. Given all this, there is exceedingly little risk of harm to the child in allowing them to socially transition. Trans children, like trans adults, show marked positive emotional improvement when their gender identities are supported. I don't know if you realize that you are using TERF talking points. Trans-Excluding Radical Feminist (TERF) are women who exclude transgender women from the feminist movement simply because they were born male. They feel that transwomen are somehow diluting the meaning of what it means to be a woman. The reality is that TERFs aren't really feminists at all. They may have been once, but their hatred of trans people has driven them further and further from feminism, so they now promote biological determinism ( the idea that a person's role and status in life should be determined forever by the sex recorded on their birth certificate ) and solicit funds from extreme right wing and religious groups such as the Heritage Foundation. TERF groups have set out to deliberately distort government consultations by using misleading newspaper ads to harvest the email addresses of gullible readers, and one of their ringleaders has even produced a video encouraging men to take guns into women's toilets in order to “protect" women from the imaginary threat posed by a trans woman having a pee behind a locked cubicle door. TERFs don't like the term “TERF” -- whether they object to being called “radical feminists" or “trans exclusionary" isn't clear, so they have taken to using various other euphemisms instead -- “gender critical" seems to be the most popular -- but it's the same old irrational hatred, just dressed up with a new name. Regardless, as you may know by being a gay man, there's no real win in demanding justification for their gender identity/expression/existence. It just makes their lives harder and benefits no one. The goal for most trans people is to quietly blend into ordinary society without drawing attention to their medical past.

There are those of us that understand our world doesn't have to be accepted by everyone to feel validated. I honestly think it's very self centered to think that everyone must accept you. You're a breath of fresh air. We were doing just fine gradually becoming accepted in society without the government taking advantage of the community and shoving it down everybody's throats.. just another way to divide us so they can conquer.

Actually I am homophobic and „transphobic“ in a sense. I hate seeing men performing sexual acts, seeing 2 men kiss each other feels disgusting to me and makes me want to puke. But this doesn’t mean that I hate gay people. It’s just an irrational feeling of disgust me and most heterosexual men feel towards seeing homosexuality among men, wich is the actual definition of homophobia. As long as I’m not involved and I don’t have to watch it, homosexuality is completely okay. Live and let live. I am also afraid of everything surrounding the trans movement, though this is not an irrational fear but a very rational one. Surgery and hormonal therapy can be very destructive and should only be used as the very last instrument in case of suicidal gender dysphoria (and even than it’s very important to explain the risks to the patient). The other concern is that perverts and rapists can use the trans status to get access to women‘s spaces.

I saw some Pokemon "themed" neo-pronouns a while back. They were char/charmander and squirtle/squirtself. There was also a bunny/bunnself and some various animal pronouns too. The scary part is that they didn't get clowned or questioned. The posts got thousands of likes with countless comments gassing them up. Some are even saying they're an "it". These people are severely mentally it. I remember in 2014 when it was edgy and cool to be homophobic or transphobic. They would say "You're trans? Well i identify as an attack helicopter!" and we said that's ridiculous and insulting to trans people, no one would ever identify as an object or animal! Well... look how poorly that aged. And that's honestly the part that hurts most: they're proving all the phobe's points. They're literally proving them RIGHT at every angle. It makes us look so bad.

As a lesbian I've only recently found out about how far the whole trans thing is going. It's as if you can't be your biological gender anymore. As a child I liked boy's clothes and toys more than my own. Had my mom been one of these woke parents, I'd have likely transitioned and had gender dysphoria for the rest of my life. I love being a woman. I love my boobs, my voice and my body shape. I love my girlfriend and her femininity. In short; I've always been a tomboy but never trans. To see children like me going under the knife because they confuse being trans with not fitting their gender role, is horrifying. Trans people exist, yes. But so do masculine women and feminine men who don't identify as trans. (Edit: Just to be clear I'm not saying that people who don't fit their gender roles are all gay. It's okay to be straight too, no matter how masculine or feminine you are.)

Drag itself is generally innocuous. There are instances of drag in theatre for example. There are instances of drag & gender bending as just pure good old fashion fun (in a very laddish way). It completely shames me to see what most of our pride parades has turned into, glorified sex shows with bondage gear and perversion..... It's depressing, and it's getting to the point to where it's been difficult for me and my partner because now we don't want to say we're gay for other reasons that completely are opposite of our sexuality.
