I just started cycle cynching (is that how you spell it?😅) and im excited because i have also plateaued with my fitness journey and i definitely see that it’s because i only lift heavy and don’t listen to my body 😢. to all ladies who are in reproductive age, please be careful in lifting heavy weights. It might lead to a uterus prolapse or hard for you to get pregnant if you’re planning.. not good.

This can only be true if it is extremely heavy weight, like one rep maxes which I do not promote. However, I do agree that doing lighter weight (aka less physical stress on the body) is ideal when actively trying to conceive. But lifting heavy weight, for about 8-10 reps, with slow and controlled movements will not lead to uterus prolapse (unless a women has other pelvic floor issues already).
