Loved this. Thank you for motivating me. I want a d1 scholarship to BYU for track, but unfortunately, we have a crap track program at my school. Everyday, I get up at 4:00 am to run by myself, and I have just been feeling hopeless, but this has helped me a lot. Thank you.

Heyy I am currently a junior in high school and and I run the 1600 and 3200 and I like 1600 a lot but I run a 5:10 my school is a first year track school and I’ve been working my tail off to get to a 4:22 and get a scholarship and then work my ass of and hopeful get down to a 4:07

How were you not good in cross country? But you went 17:05 as a sophomore you had potential and if you had continued xc your 800 probably would have been better

how did u get recognized in high school by college coaches? did u do something or what happened? ik u said u contacted schools but was it coaches specially or what?

You should contact the coaches directly and fill out the recruiting form if there is one. Usually you can find their emails on the schools website
