Waking up early, as early as 4am has allowed me to utilise my wee hours to prepare for the day. I...
⭐️ Perform Tahajjud Prayer (for rizq and spiritual strength and sayang kalau tinggal haha)
⭐️ Study (fresher body and mind thus easier to absorb anything I read)
⭐️ PLAN! A to-do list is highly essential for me to make sure every work is kept on track and for things to run smoothly.
⭐️ Keep track of journal writing (this is also a way for me to address my problems & negative thoughts, do some self reflections on my strengths and weaknesses-to improve on the bad ones!)
⭐️ Do simple morning workouts & yoga (i love yoga so much! it improves alertness, flexibility & balance)
⭐️ Meditate (reduce negative emotions, lessen stress & increase self-awareness. so relaxing~ u should try!)
Hope these college routine can help you to develop too-mentally, physically and spiritually. Always remember that if you want to master a habit, the key is to start with repetition, and not perfection. So be consistent in working on getting a productive day, every day.
