@@MachoLove Not suprised the amount of sugar she puts in then ketchup ive cooked asian food for decades no need to put half the amount of glup in your food, and they use palm sugar which is slightly healthier!

Hi Marion. I’m planning in the future to buy your wok set when I have my own home. One hesitation on getting other woks is the pre seasoning treatment needed before using them. Does your woks need to be pre-seasoned? Have you considered doing an open boxing of your wok set and showing us the step by step to using them? Always a fan. All the best.💛

we use a small mellow baller to remove the eye in pineapples. When using maltose i add some water/soy sauce any liquid it is to be used with really before microwaving the lot, this helps the maltose dissolve in the warm liquids rather than starting to set again and sticking S to a blanket.

I agree no asian cook would put that much sugar in, or oyster sauce and def not ketchup, and they would cook the beef ,take it out then do the veg separate that way it cooks faster and more evenly!
