If I do this to my hair I will end up with straight spaghetti on my haed! 😂 My hair never want to hold a shape so I have to curl them overnight, time it's the only way I can create a look that it's gonna last. Straight after curling they look super done up but I have learned to just let them do their thing because in a few minutes they will soften and get more natural. Everybody is different! :)

I understood this as a heatless style, meaning no curling iron, which is a lot of heat. You could easily acheve this look without using a blowdryer, so it is heatless. Yes, she did use a blowdryer, for the purpose of the video, to speed up the process. But you can just let the braid air dry, and it would work!
