Good evening boss, I appreciate the video share. I can dig your chassis line up, nice selection... but for me, it goes.. 1. AFX Gen2 super G+ chassis 2. Viper vspec chassis 3. Life Like T chassis 4. Life Like M chassis 5.Tyco Magnum 440×2 narrow. chassis And Honorable mention The Jag series of chassis... Pr-5 NC-2 I believe it is... I own all makes of the Jag hobbies chassis, but I need more lap time and hours to judge for durability/longevity so that's why I rated them that way. Happy racing everyone! PS sir, always enjoy your gin with a grin 😁 and try not to sin.... too much lol! Peace to you.

Great Video 👍 My favorite chassis to run is Tyco 440-x2 Plenty of parts available, easy to work on, and the run real smooth!🏁

Right now, the Jag DK-4 is the chassis I use most, for T-Jet size cars. My favorite stock racing chassis is the Mega-G. In the open racing classes I like the modified M chassis from Life-Like, near bullet proof. All the manufactures are doing a great job compared to the Vibrators and worm drive Tyco cars I started with. The smaller companies need our support if they are to continue coming out with new and innovative stuff. I would advise anyone to check out companies like Jag, BSRT, Dash and Wizard when looking for chassis, their stuff are mostly set up to go on most manufacture's bodies though some are meant for clear Lexan bodies. Check them out, they are all of high quality and priced about the same as the big manufactures.

My favorite is AFX G PLUS, not because of speed and handling...but, because it was my introduction to HO. My favorite chassis to run is TYCO 440 & 440×2 & M chassis. All three have great speed, handling and the chassis look sharp.

Mega G Plus - watch the pinion gear/ shaft when you rotate the wheels. Wobble? Dan at SVR and I have that issue. Runs and squawks. This is great intel here for us coming back into the hobby. I only have some of these but like to run them all. I will have to watch this a couple of times. lol

The last two Mega-G cars I bought have had the pinion gear hole drilled/cast off center. They sent me a brand new chassis.......with exactly the same problem. Nice effort but come on guys. Replacements are easy to find and install but that should not be needed on a new slot car. Particularly one billed as a "Premium" product.

My favorite is the mega G+. Then again that's all I have lol. I also have a Johnny lightning pancake chassis but I haven't been able to run it at its best. Crown gear is not meshed properly and I half destroyed one of the brushes trying to clean it.

Had a question I wondered if you could help me with. I just got my first set ever today (Scalextric 1/32) and I was curious about controllers. Will a controller from an HO scale set work? Are there other options available? The stock controller is a bit too small for my hands and I need something bigger. I’m not sure if all controllers have the same plug types.

Probably not they have different power requirements and the plugs are different. If you have the money I would get an aftermarket controller that are adjustable so you can use it with whatever car you want.
