To make fluffy lazy cottage cheese dumplings:
Curd - 450 g
Sugar - 2-3 tablespoons
Vanilla sugar - 10 g
Salt - a pinch
Egg - 1 pc.
Flour - 2-3 tbsp. with a slide (the amount of flour depends on the moisture content of the cottage cheese)
Soda - ¼ tsp
Butter and sugar
1. Mix cottage cheese, sugar, salt, vanilla sugar, egg and soda.
2. Add flour. The amount of flour depends on the moisture content of the curd.
3. Sprinkle the work surface with flour. Roll out the dough and cut into small pieces.
4. Boil lazy dumplings in boiling water. After the lazy dumplings float to the surface, cook for another 3-4 minutes.
5. Sprinkle the finished lazy dumplings with sugar and add the butter.
