Double your line up for the Daingerous swimbait and put the “U” part of the line thru it. I had the same trouble

I am zero for three from Sam's grave. But I have never fished there in the colder months + I am generally don't know what I am doing and hardly ever catch anything at LR.

Caught a 7 pounder (first over 5 for the year) the same day you got your first 5. The biggies must have been biting that day.

@@VinniesFishing1 I’m in central Mississippi actually. We have 2 lakes. Ones about 10 acres (I catch a lot of 5 to 7s out of it) and the other is a little over 30 acres (that’s where we catch the ones over 10. It has some of the biggest dang bluegill I’ve ever seen too).

I was sh we had 10 pounders in Maryland. This is a 2400 acre reservoir so they tend to move around a lot. We do have northern snakehead, the state record is 19 pounds. I'll definitely be catching them this summer.

Never fished for largemouths this early in the season. What time of day are they biting?

Last hour or 2 before dark I have been having the best luck. But come march they should bite all throughout the day. Last year they did anyway

Lol thanks but that's just your opinion, theirs only 16 ounces in a pound. I've had my fair share of 5 pounders and pretty well known in my area for it.

@@VinniesFishing1 when I zoomed in your scale hit 4.19. Once it went over the 16 oz it should’ve said 5?
