I really appreciate that you talk about mental health so much. And you're good at giving information in an accessible manner. I work in a healthcare facility where we deal a lot with people who suffer with various mental health issues, so I see it every day. I think it's important for people to know that the first step for someone is to be honest enough with themselves to admit that there's something wrong. That opens the door to accepting help. Love the videos and good luck!

i find i put on a happy face because if i shared how i actually felt it would leave them speechless. it's better to put on a happy face so people don't ask and i will suffer in silence. a small amount of people have been hugely supportive and that's all you need. i suffer with borderline personality disorder and i have pushed a lot of people away too. i guess what i am trying to get across is so many people know where you are coming from. stay positive bro, you are hugely inspirational.

Hey mate, as a Veteran like yourself i couldnt agree more and nothing better than getting out into the woods. I go to Veterans retreat in the woods called Belisamas Veterans Retreat in between Preston and Blackburn where we sit around a fire, a few beers, cook a steak and chat Military stories then go to sleep under the Basha next to the River Ribble where there is canoes, wild swimming. I feel so energised after spending the weekend there. You are more than welcome as a Veteran if you ever want to come along for a wild camp and be around like minded people and chat etc. 💪🏼
