First day we skied Kimberley this year was 1 day after 30+ cm. It seemed like more. Deep enough to face plant a few times on 85's...LoL Jackpot was pretty epic in the deep. I particularly enjoy the Easter chair, how the landing spreads out. Even though it was a weekend crowd, the resort does not seem busy, at all. Super efficient flow for what is basically a 3 chair hill.

You summed it up nicely! I been voly patrol in Kimbo for a dozen years and it is a fun and friendly hill. Powder days are a blast here as the whole mountain opens at once with no rope drops or avy hazards to worry about: it is full charge. Also shout out to some of the finest grooming in the CDN Rockies!

Did the same trip as you did, only started on the 27 of February to 20 March. Powder highway delivered this year, 60 to 70 cm at Fernie, Kimberley, Red, Revelstoke, Kickinghorse but missed Sunshine. Was the best ski trip ever, got 14 days on the slopes, 12 on the powder skis.
