Hello mate! Very impressed! Just do it! Our great mate, Larry, Carnivore Soldier, is a fan of sprinting. I used to be an ultra marathon athlete but my 58 yo knackered knees don't let me do it these days. ❤

Thanks so much! I don't sprint anymore as I am constantly up and down a flight of stairs at work. I run up them every time as fast as I can manage. ❤️

@@carnivorecampers You will be fine. Love me some hill sprints. You should look into parkrun, great way to get out and do some walking / running on a Saturday morning. Real community spirit and volunteers so it is free.

@@carnivorecampers I mean, I use that term loosely LOL. I saw that my sprint is someone else's jog at this point. But yes! I started in September after watching Sean O'Mara. He was quite persuasive!

We’ll do e for getting out of the door and doing those sprints!!! That’s always the hardest step. I haven’t done that myself yet although since June I’ve been doing CrossFit twice a week. I’ve never been as consistent with exercise as I’ve been getting to the classes even when I’m really not in the mood. I just keep telling myself as long as I keep showing up and doing my best. 🤣 lol I’m still sticking to the lighter weights. 🤣

I'm 56. I just started carnivore in the last week of 2023 and I've already lost 6kg. I wanted to lose 20kg in the beginning. It wouldn't budge for a long time until recently. I've been using my elliptical and mini trampoline for some time. I'm thinking of starting sprinting. I need to get my VO2 max up. I don't like being out of breath when I run for the bus. I need to get back into calisthenics workouts too. I'm still a beginner and I have to be more persistent and consistent.

I'm new too, but after looking into exercise on carnivore, I've gleaned that one exercise at a time is quite enough, unless you are training for a sport. I would suggest, and I am far from expert, that the short burst exercises are best for us regular people. Dr Berg says a short burst of high intensity exercise (such as sprinting) that increases your heartbeat very quickly, then rest until it's normal, and then another burst is best. Look up 'Why women can't lose belly fat' Dr Eric Berg MD ❤️
