Inspired by the legendary athlete Eliud Kipchoge and the unbreakable David Goggins, I embarked on an epic journey to test my endurance and mental toughness like never before.
In this video, you'll witness me push through pain, exhaustion, and doubt as I tackle a mind-bending weekly commitment of 124 miles, following the Kipchoge (known for his record-breaking marathon performances) training plan. But that's not all! I also take on the infamous David Goggins 4x4x48 challenge in the same week.
Over the course of one full week, I will be running a total of 124 miles, which is equivalent to a little over 4 marathons! This will test my physical and mental endurance, as well as require me to carefully plan my nutrition and recovery strategies to avoid injury and burnout.
In addition to the grueling mileage, I will also be taking on the David Goggins 4x4x48 Challenge, which involves running 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours straight. This totals an incredible 48 miles in just 2 days, and will push me to my limits mentally and physically.
