The Scottish Yarn Festival, formerly Perth Festival of yarn, returned to Perth on 7th September and as I'm now residing in Scotland I felt I simply had to make my first visit. I have supported the show from a distance since lockdown with many purchases of the Perth collab yarns but never been able to visit in person. I grabbed my Perth bag made by Sew Can Jo and headed on over to the Errol showground for a few hours to see what was on offer.
My main aim for the day was to focus on patterns and maybe pick up a couple of skeins of yarn too, but it had to fit in the bag! I took a packed lunch too but still bought some lovely pizza from the Pizza Geeks, and there was plenty of other food option available too.
